Hi Ylläs is a service organization established by local entrepreneurs with the purpose of supporting tourism activities in the Ylläs area. We offer multifaceted vacation apartment rental services on a turnkey basis, tailored to best fit the needs of property owners. Ideally, owners don’t need to do anything beyond receiving monthly payouts; we take care of everything else.
As a local player, our focus is on contributing to the development of the Ylläs area. Our goal is to allocate a portion of the company’s profits towards area development and supporting common services.
To ensure property owners get the best possible returns from their vacation apartments, we list properties on several different sales channels. We utilize the Moder booking system, which is user-friendly and clear for both customers and owners. As an owner, you’ll receive credentials for the system, allowing you to make your own bookings without needing to contact our customer service. In addition to our own booking calendar, properties are listed on Booking.com, Airbnb, and numerous other platforms within the Expedia Group network, enabling us to efficiently reach international markets.
